                       ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PETITION


          On December 19, 1986, the above-named owner filed a Petition  for
          Administrative Review against an order  issued  on  November  21,
          1986, by the Rent Administrator, 10 Columbus  Circle,  New  York,
          New York, concerning the housing accommodations known  as  135-10
          Grand Central Parkway, Jamaica.



          That petition, however, is a duplicate of a petition  decided  on
          November 20, 1991, under number AL 110185 RO.   Accordingly  this
          appeal must be terminated as moot.



          THEREFORE,  in  accordance  with  the  provisions  of  the   Rent
          Stabilization Law and Code, it is



          ORDERED,  that  this  petition  be,  and  the  same  hereby   is,
          terminated.
