PETITIONER.

ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING ADMINISTRATIVE APPEAL UNDER
DOCKET NO. AL 110111 RT
On December 17, 1986 the above-named petitioner-tenant filed
an Administrative Appeal against an order issued on November 18,
1986 by the District Rent Administrator (10 Columbus Circle, New
York, N.Y.) concerning the housing accommodations known as 72-15
Little Neck Parkway, Glen Oaks, New York, Apartment No. 2.
The tenant commenced the proceeding below by filing an
objection to the owner's apartment and building services
registration. The tenant alleged that the owner did not include
therein a number of apartment and building services. In answer
to the tenant's objections, the owner asserted that the tenant
was receiving all services required under the lease.
The District Rent Administrator's order, appealed herein,
stated that the owner does provide and must maintain a stove,
refrigerator, window shades, luggage room, and screens, and
ordered that the registration be amended to include these
services.
On appeal, the petitioner-tenant contends, in substance,
that the registration should also include various additional
items of services.
In response to the tenant's petition, the owner filed an
answer stating, in substance, that the tenant receives all
services required under the tenant's lease and the applicable
regulations.
DOCKET NO.: AL 110111 RT
After a careful consideration of the entire evidence of
record the Commissioner is of the opinion that the administrative
appeal should be terminated.
The record discloses that the appeal herein is a duplicate
filing of the petition decided by the Commissioner under docket
no. AL 110130 RT (issued August 22, 1991). Thus, the instant
appeal under Docket No. AL 110111 RT must be terminated.
THEREFORE, in accordance with the applicable provisions of
the Rent Stabilization Code and Operational Bulletin 84-1, it is
ORDERED, that the administrative appeal be, and the same
hereby is terminated.
