         ORDER AND OPINION TERMINATING PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
                                         
        On November 2, 1986, the above-named petitioner submitted a copy  of
        a Petition for Administrative Review against an order issued October 
        8, 1986 by the District Rent Administrator, 10 Columbus Circle,  New
        York, New York, concerning the housing accommodations located at 73 
        16 260th Street, Glen Oaks, New York, appealing an order wherein the 
        Rent  Administrator  determined  that  the  matters  raised  in  the
        tenant's timely objection to the  registration  statement  had  been
        adjudicated in prior proceedings (Docket Nos. 57577-b,  582990B  and
        62622-B) and could not be raised again.

        The submission were assigned the PAR docket number stated above.
        However, a search of Division records reveals that  a  separate  PAR
        docket for the identical petition had also  been  established  under
        PAR Docket  No.  AJ-110302-RT.   The  record  also  shows  that  the
        Commissioner issued an order on September 30, 1987, determining  and
        granting, in part, the tenants petition.

        THEREFORE, in accordance with the Rent Stabilization Law  and  Code,
        the Emergency Tenant Protection Act of 1974, and Chapter 403 of  the
        Laws of 1983, as amended by Chapter 102 of  the  Laws  of  1984,  as
        implemented by Operational Bulletin, it is

        ORDERED, that this petition be and the same hereby is terminated  as
        duplicative and moot by reason of the above.
